IOLTAwise doesn't track visitors. There are no cookies, analytics, ads, social buttons or accounts. Anything you enter in a worksheet is calculated in your browser and never sent to us, which also means client figures you test with stay on your own device.

Information received

Email. If you write, IOLTAwise receives your email address, any name you include and your message, and uses them only to reply and to correct the page concerned. Please leave out client names and account numbers.

Server logs. The hosting provider records technical details of each request (IP address, browser, page, time) to serve the site and protect it.

Sharing

• The hosting provider, for server logs.
• The domain registrar's email forwarding, which delivers your email.
• Anyone legally entitled to require it.

Information is not sold, rented or used for advertising.

Tracking by other parties

No other party collects information about your activity on IOLTAwise or across other sites through it; pages load nothing from third parties.

Do Not Track

There is no tracking, so Do Not Track and Global Privacy Control signals change nothing here.

Children

IOLTAwise is written for legal professionals and is not directed to children under 13.

Changes

Changes are posted here with a new effective date, and anything that would collect more information would be described here before it begins.
